Medical Reports
Providing medical reports, for example for insurance companies is private work and not included within the NHS funding for the practice.
We are currently working with Medi2Data in the completion of our general practitioner reports and requests for copies of patient’s medical records, to help alleviate some pressure on the surgery during the pandemic. To complete the request, Medi2Data will require access to your medical record.
You will receive a text from the surgery requesting your consent to Medi2Data accessing your medical record in order for it to be processed further. Once consent has been confirmed, the request will then be sent to Medi2Data to complete. Please take a look at Medi2Data’s website for further information on whom they are: https://www.medi2data.com/.
