Our Reception telephone lines are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 1:30pm and 1:30pm to 6:00pm. The Telephone lines are not fully manned during the lunch hour of 12:30pm to 1:30pm, but if you require urgent assistance during the lunch hour please phone for assistance. Due to reduced staff between 12:30pm and 1:30pm please be aware there may be a delay in one the Reception Team being able to answer your call.
Both Practices are closed on bank holidays and weekends.

If you require urgent medical attention from 8am to 8:30am or 6pm and 6:30pm please dial 01278 772799. If your request is not urgent the operator will advise you to phone back during the reception opening times.
When the surgery is closed you can get medical advise by dialing 111 for the NHS111 service.

Your email will be processed by one of our Medical Administrators who will action your email accordingly or pass it on to the relevant member of the team. Please do not use this email address to request appointments as you will be advised to phone the surgery in the normal way.
